Invoices into accounting, the easy way.
ezypayr is being developed to make invoice information easier to move between systems, without typing the same details in again. We’re starting with a focused workflow for Australian businesses. An ezypayr-enabled invoice carries structured data in a barcode. The application reads that information, checks it, and sends supported sales invoices to Xero, with a clear record of the processing outcome. Our aim is to reduce repeated invoice administration while keeping the checks and records that matter.
 
A practical idea with a clear purpose.
The idea behind ezypayr began in 2022, when founder Dean Viglione started exploring how QR code technology could connect invoicing and payment workflows more simply. Over time, the idea developed beyond scanning a code. The focus became making invoice information easier for software to read, check and transfer between systems. That work has grown into detailed product, design and technical specifications guiding the development of the application. The purpose remains straightforward: take unnecessary work out of invoice processing and make the outcome easier to follow.
 
Where We Are Heading 
Starting with Xero. Building from there.
Our first priority is the invoice-to-Xero experience. The longer-term direction includes additional accounting connections and payment-provider integrations. We’re also exploring ways to simplify related invoice workflows as the product develops. Each addition will be assessed separately, with a clear distinction between available functionality and future development.

Dean leads ezypayr’s product direction and development. His work spans the application’s user experience, product requirements and technical specifications. He oversees development priorities and release decisions, with a focus on making the application practical to use and testing that it performs as intended.
